Do you guys remember your primary and secondary school days when every end of the year, once exams are over and school's not yet to close, you and your peeps would go and collect all those game cards, batu seremban, tali getah and penutup botol and you would play like the world never cares!

In uni life, it's still happening too. But our toys have somehow evolved. To computer games, dvds, outtings and even photoshoots! Eventhough we are all grown up, our inner child still exists, right?

Plus, it's the joy of expressing yourselves that the exams are over. Seize the moment with your friends, as they might not be here around like these anymore.. :)

Recently, dead birds keep appearing out of the blue. So sad and so scary in some way..

I loathe pineapples. But not this photo of course! ;)

As for now, only I am in the pictures. Boohoo. Coz no one else is available at the studio. Hope for more photoshoots with my friends later on :)

My exams are officially over for this sem. I just got back from my ID presentation. Alhamdulillah it went well. I was so afraid of being critiqued to tears you know. But honestly, it went smoothly eventhough there were negative comments given to me.

The best part of the whole presentation: "She has improved a lot." (That's what my ID lecturer said and was then agreed by my other ID lecturer. Ahhh..best.. I feel like doing so much better after this. That's what you'll feel, right? I mean after being complimented on something, you tend to wanna keep it that way.

Let's hope for the best from me after this. :)

Ok, so my day today started with me going to sit for my electrics paper for my exams. And yes, that whole 2 and a half hours is used profusedly as I'm not an electric person..hehe..mechanical stuffs, yes, I like..but electric? I think I'll pass this time...

So after that, me and friends went to begin our search for raw materials for my ID project for my finals come November 9th. We went out and about and search hi & low for stuffs that are needed/useful for our ID modelling.

We went to kedai jahit...

We went to plastic goods store(donno watchumacallit..hehe)

And also to settees repair shop..

All in all, I can say that, being an industrial design student, has opened up my eyes to lotsa stuff and products that has been existing in our world. Look at everything around you, most of the items you own, are designed by us, the industrial designers! ;p This day even made me appreciate it much much more eventhough, honestly, I'm better off at some other course(I think?)..

And now, me tired!

Actually, this is something out of the ordinary. But I bet some girls quite agree with me after this.. I just finished watching this movie, WAITRESS starring Keri Russell which of course, she's the waitress who just have a thing for making pies.

Ya Allah, rasa macam nak makan semua pie yg ada dalam movie tu.. Dan rasa macam nak belajar memasak sekarang jugak! Tak kira lah masak lauk ke, pastry ke, pizza ke..ape-ape jelah asalkan melibatkan dapur. Secara jujurnya, saya tak pandai masak tau. And I resent that.

And, cerita ni pasal Jenna ni, dia pregnant with her self-centered and bad tempered hubby. So dia benciiiii sangat being pregnant with his baby. Dia swore tak akan sayang baby tu. Tapi kan,last2, bila dia deliver, dia terus fell in love with her own baby. Seeing her baby, baru dia ada guts untuk ceraikan suami dia yang x guna tu. Masa tu kan, saya rasa cam nak nangis! Look what a baby can do to you. Kiranya baby tu macam bagi mother dia courage, affection and all in between. Ughh..nak ada baby jugakk... :')

Tapi disebabkan masa saya belum sampai, maka kedua2 kakak ku punya baby nanti pun jadilah..hehehe.. End of November ni..InsyaAllah..Tak sabarnye nak dukung baby lagi!! :)

Lepastu terus google gambar2 baby ni..and jumpa yang baby mat salleh dalam air. Diorang memang camni kan? Relax je campak baby dia dalam air. Diorang x takut langsung, as long as, motif dia, anak dia leh jd a natural swimmer!

I'm now and forever using M.A.C lipstick by the name of Amplified, Half n Half. My eldest sister first used this lipstick and when she showed me, I just fell in love with it!! The creme' and moisture lipstick stays on for hours. I especially love the color which is somehat nude or natural. It's not sheer and it exudes a tinge of natural pink on my lips. Seriously, I wish M.A.C wouldn't stop producing this as I'm gonna use it like-forever!!

I've used four/five tubes of this and sometimes cringe at the fact of the price which can burn my studently pocket. But, I believe that for your body, a lil investment wouldn't hurt much eh? In stores, it costs RM63. Go check M.A.C for other cool stuff!

Alhamdulillah..have fully recovered from my flu and headache attack--again for this week..it's very frustrating you know, having to sneeze non stop..but when I think again, it's actually Allah's way of cleaning your nostril path and all in between. Plus I read somewhere, it says 'Bersin itu datang dari Allah, dan menguap itu dari syaitan'... whoaaa.. Think bout it ya.. That's why after we sneeze, preferably we have to say Alhamdulillah :)

Ok, so yesternite, went out with my friends to catch a movie.. we watched PAPADOM.. Not bad.. For somebody who likes Liyana Jasmay, I think I can give a 4star rank 4 it..hehe.. I break my fast at Sizzling Stone grill where actually you grill your own food on a heated stone provided.

And today am going back to KL..what a way to start your study week!

Alhamdulillah...a great Friday today... I presented some of my concept ideas for my ID major project, and yes, approved..I just need to continue on with lotsa other workloads that are basically piling up..huhu..

I read in KOSMO! today, that there is such thing as a piano-playing cat!! The name's Nora. And she's from USA.. I mean, c'mon..cats and pianos? Just too much love!!hehe... Plus she's such a poser too.. If you guys wanna check it out, do get your KOSMO! today.. Tomorrow, I'm gonna present this in front of my lecturer and impress him with my stool's charm(as if!).. Does it look futuristic? That's what I intend to portray while oozing fun and joyfulness innit. Yeah, design language. I know.

WHY??

The history of me wearing a tudung...

After gaining great results in my UPSR, my mom decided to send me to a secondary 'sekolah agama' school in KL. And Alhamdulillah, I got in. But at first, it was without my consent. But hey, I just went with the flow at that time..

So at school, I will wear my tudung labuh. But mind me, my tudung labuh is the shortest of all the girls in my school for as long as I can remember. Yes, my mom had bought me a proper tudung labuh, but I altered it to approximately 3 or 4 inches shorter/smaller. And yes, when I went back home, all those went missing! I took off my tudung whenever I go out. It's like there's a switch on my head,which stays on when I'm in school, and off when I'm at home. Sigh...

Going to form 2, I started wearing tudung outside of my school compound. Not because I wanted to, but because I was afraid if I were to run into any of my schoolmates outside and they would found out that I'm not a tudung wearer.. How hypocrite was I??

So until now, I decided to wear my tudung. I think I got the exact realisation of the meaning of putting on a scarf on my head was when I was in form 4. But truthfully, from then till a couple of weeks before raya 09(yes, raya 2009!), I still get those 'devilish whispers in my head' to take off my tudung for good.

But Alhamdulillah, now, I think I have grown out of it, fully. I feel that I am so thankful to my mom, who enrolled me into that 'sekolah agama' school back then. If it wasn't for her, God knows when will I start. Look at how long it took to make me fully realise the reasons for wearing it.

I'm so not proud of this story of my tudung life. Hehe.. But I am for sure, now am proud to be wearing one.

Note to everyone reading this, including me: Be strong.
